Our School Transformation Program is a comprehensive initiative designed to revolutionize education in rural schools. Through a multi-faceted approach focusing on foundational literacy, STEM pathways, and teacher empowerment, we create sustainable change that impacts entire communities.

Program Components

Particulars	Description
Building Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (Grades 2–5)	The objective is to build strong learning foundations that enable children to understand concepts clearly, participate confidently in class, and progress successfully to higher grades.
Developing Life Skills for STEM Pathways (Grades 6–7)	To develop essential life skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, observation, collaboration, and questioning that are necessary to pursue future careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
Teachers' Training and Capacity Building	To help teachers become leaders in improving schools by teaching them modern methods like Project-Based Learning (PBL) and child-focused teaching. Ongoing training and classroom support help them make learning fun, hands-on, and inclusive, even in schools with limited resources.
