Why VMPF?
Vinayak Mali
Vinayak has completed his MA in Elementary Education from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS).He is one of the co-founders of VMPF. He has worked in different organizations and have wide experiences of working with children. He has worked in Jnana Prabodhini in Pune for 2 years and was involved in its project on science toys called ‘Gyan Setu’ and reached children to all the corners of India. In Mumbai he has worked with Apni Shala Foundation and worked with children in their Life skills programme.

Hrishikesh Kirtikar
Rushikesh Ravindra Kirtikar is presently a PhD Scholar working in the field of Education at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work. He has being working on developing innovative methods in Education since 2010 and has received the Ashoka’s Youth Venture Fellowship (2010), TISS Fellowship (2011-13) and Dalai Lama Fellowship (2014) for his project with children in Rural and Urban community set ups. He is currently looking after fundraising and documentation domains for VMPF.
Hrishikesh Kirtikar
Co-founder
Rushikesh Ravindra Kirtikar is presently a PhD Scholar working in the field of Education at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Sarsha Kumbhar
Sarsha did her Masters of Social work from Tilak Maharashtra University. She had experience working as Project officer in Siddhivinayak Social Work Trust, Karad (MH). She has experience in teaching Science subject to competitive exam aspirants. She has been working as project implementation manager for the last 1 year (2019- Present) in the organization.

Saurabh Kumbhare
Saurabh is a young development professional and looks after the Communications, Fundraising and program management of VMPF. He completed his post graduation in development leadership(2018-19) from ISDM. Prior to this, he volunteered with pan India grassroots organisations with subjects from education, agriculture to youth empowerment. He worked as outreach executive with Pune City Connect in collaboration with PMC. He has avid interest in geography and pursued bachelors in the same subject from SP College, Pune.
Saurabh Kumbhare
Program Manager
